All bikes and electric bike sales are final, thus we recommend visisting your local retailer to ensure you have a vehicle you will love forever. Unagi scooter and Friiway bike subscriptions last one month, so if you don't wish to keep using the vehicle simply cancel the subscription. 

The minimum vehicle subscription length is one month, but you may keep the subscription going as long as you wish (with the exception of moving out of the service area of a Friiway subscription).

We strongly recommend purchasing a good lock, and using it whenever leaving the vehicle. Our subscription programs have built in theft policies (see the individual programs for details), while purchasing a vehicle does not include theft insurance. If you vehicle is stolen we recommend submitting a police report, with the serial number provided, in hopes of recovering the vehicle.

All bikes, electric bikes, and electric scooters will need TLC from time to time. Bay Area employees can take advantage of the complimentary Employee Bike Repair Program at Pedalhaus Bike Shop located in Building 2 of South Bay HQ. To learn more about the services offered visit go/bikerepairs. If you purchased a bike from a local bike store, you can use their trained mechanic services for repairs as needed. Our subscription programs include basic maintenance (please check individual subscription T&Cs for details).

Yes, you may continue using the vehicle. For Friiway, you must remain in their Bay Area service network. For Unagi, you may continue the subscription anywhere in the US.
