Diverse experiences and perspectives
After decades in the industry, and having served in various corners of the market, we'll bring years of micromobility insight to the conversation. This includes first hand perspectives from dealers, OEMs, sales reps, transportation demand managers, transportation management associations, bike non-profits, local businesses, shared operators, and many more.
Riders and the community
With any micromobility project, the most important aspect is a safe solution. This includes not only safety for the rider, but the impact and security of the community. Battery fires and vehicle collisions riddle the headlines and need to be addressed. We can provide data and options to create a safer city, including navigation of the certification process and industry standards.
Design and implementation
Infrastructure is a key component to driving mode shift, and generating true micromobility adoption. We're happy to discuss and provide best practices for bike lanes, charging options, and parking.
Multi-modal trips
Many trips may be completed entirely by micromobility, but for some the bike or scooter journey may only include the beginning, middle, and/or end. How micromobility fits into the larger transportation landscape needs to be considered. How do these smaller vehicles fit on bikes and trains? What regulation is required? Are there certain facilities that make multi-modal trips more feasible?
