Local support and service
We've partnered with dealers across the country to ensure your program participants have quality local assembly, service, and education in their neighborhood. Having owned and worked in bike shops ourselves we know the day to day operations of these retailers, their service centers, and the software they use, allowing us to futher integrate the process to improve the experience of both the rider and the bike shop.
Providing industry insight and support
Having administered rebate programs previously, discussed and received honest experience feedback from both OEMs and bike shops, and assessed other rebate program offerings, we're happy to provide insight and support the design of your program.
Collecting and analyzing data
We offer a variety of ride tracking options, as well as survey design insight to maximize the feedback on the program, assess its success, and utilize results to improve future iterations. This includes ride tracking hardware and software, as well as survey question design, implementation, and evaluation
Driving awareness through the community
New Pedal works with local non-profits, transportation management associations, bike advocacy groups, and other community based organizations to ensure your local residents are well informed of the rebate program details, and an equitable outcome is more likely.
Navigation, insurance, accessories, and more
For programs to be successful, and for riders to keep utilizing their new ebike for years to come, a "supporting cast" is required. New Pedal has partnerships with various suppliers who provide everything needed to keep riders happy well into the future, such as: bike specific navigation, damage insurance, theft insurance, and accessories like helmets and pumps.
